Administrative Officer

The governors invite applications for an Administrative Officer to join our friendly and successful school.


The successful candidate will work with the headteacher and office team to provide efficient administrative support, to ensure compliance with the local authority and the school administrative/clerical and reporting requirements, including undertaking manual and computer data entry/extraction/spreadsheets and other clerical duties. In addition, the post holder will be required to oversee payments for school trips and undertake routine ordering.


The post is for a total of 30 hours per week, term time, with additional hours for minute taking at governor committee meetings held late afternoon and early evening each half term. Dorset Grade 6. Salary details: £13677 - £14513
