All children are requested to wear the school uniform, a decision made in consultation with parents. Apart from the school tie, sweatshirts and jumpers most of the uniform can be bought at any supermarket or department store.
QDOS, our school uniform supplier, is able to provide items with the school logo, including the jumper/cardigan, and girls’ summer dresses.

Parents should ensure that children adhere strictly to school uniform policy. NB. shoes, not trainers, should be worn in school. They may be black or brown. Please ensure hair accessories are of a dark colour with no large bows, only Alice bands or hair bands. Hair length and styles should be appropriate for the work environment of the school - long hair should be tied back. The wearing of make-up is not allowed. High heeled shoes are not considered suitable for school. Parents are requested to ensure that children attend school smartly dressed.

Key stage 1 (Reception – Year 2: Light blue polo shirt ;
Key stage 2 (Year 3-Year 6): White shirt and school tie.
School sweatshirt/cardigan or navy jumper/cardigan; Grey pinafore dress or skirt; White/grey socks or navy tights; Black/brown/blue shoes (not platform soles or high heels).
Key stage 1 (Reception – Year 2): Light blue polo shirt;
Key stage 2 (Year 3 – Year 6): V neck (revere collar) white shirt – no tie.
School fleeces may also be worn.
Round-neck, short-sleeved, plain white T-shirt, navy blue shorts, black slip-on plimsolls/trainers.
Parents are requested to provide children with a top coat/anorak in keeping with the school uniform i.e. preferably navy blue or similar plain dark colour (not multi-coloured jackets with logos.) All items of clothing should be clearly marked with the owner’s name.
(To be worn at the start of the Summer term - after Easter to July)
Mid-blue (sky blue) short-sleeved cellular cotton polo shirt. No tie.
Light blue striped dress. No tie.
At the discretion of parents, brown or blue sandals may be worn. Please see they are of a sensible style, preferably not open-toed or sling-backed, for safety reasons.
No jewellery should be worn in school. Earrings: studs only permitted after piercing. During P.E. lessons studs should either be removed by the child or taped over.
Football/Netball Kit – Years 5 & 6
Suitable sports shirt/shorts or netball skirt/ sports socks/ football boots or sports trainers. (Boys and girls will play football/netball as well as other games). Tracksuits may be worn in cold weather.
Parents in receipt of income support, may apply to the governors for a necessitous clothing allowance (for the purchase of basic clothing needs). This allowance may be claimed every two years. All applications will be treated in strict confidence. Please write to our school governors using our school address.
